Even my father was impressed, and no minister has ever impressed him. You really did make our day unique and unforgettable. Since the day you set foot in my house I just knew everything was going to be perfect.You are such an interesting person with so much knowledge of life and you see the world exactly as it is. When you left my house you left me so much to think about and a heart filled with hope and inspiration. The most heartfelt moment for me was when you said those words for my mother. Andrew, I will never forget how I doubted your simple suggestion. How I sat and cried over past hurts as you made me commit my feelings to words. How I felt hopeless sending my mother that letter after a twenty year feud, expecting zero response. How shocked I was to receive her phone call that Sunday night, that started our path to forgiveness.
But mostly I will never be able to thank you enough for allowing us to heal our relationship and that I was there in the nick of time before she passed away.
And that I got the closure I so desperately needed in packing her belongings away as a daughter should.
